Exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.The buyer has the right to return the product of proper quality (or exchange it for another if the necessary product is in stock), if the following conditions are met product return:
• the goods do not belong to goods that are not subject to exchange andreturn;
• the product has not been used, is fully assembled and the integrity of the packaging is not violated (open packaging is not considered damage to the product appearance);
• preserved factory (warranty) seals, labels and marking;
• less than 14 days have passed since receiving the goods;
• a settlement document is available.
The seller has the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. The goods are delivered at the buyer’s expense. The exception is the case if the received product does not correspond to the order (different model, color, etc.). In this case, we will compensate the transport costs.
After receiving the goods and checking compliance, funds are transferred to the client’s bank card or with full details within 1-3 banking days.
Pay attention! Items made to order are NOT subject to exchange and return, according to the Law of Ukraine, the Law on “Protection of Consumer Rights”, Article 13, Clause 5: the consumer does not have the right to terminate a contract concluded at a distance, if:
• the contract relates to the manufacture or processing of goods to the order of the consumer, i.e. if the goods cannot be sold to other persons or can be sold only with significant financial losses for the seller (executor).
*Exchange and return of goods are distributed exclusively for orders made and delivered on the territory of Ukraine. Goods sent outside of Ukraine are not subject to exchange or return.
